This collaboration reinforces a shared commitment to sustainability by integrating advanced solar energy technology into eight Central Pattana shopping centers. The projects include Central Chiangmai, Central Chaengwattana, Central Pinklao, Central Rama 3, Central Rama 9, Central Samui, Central Nakhon Sawan, and Central Westville, with a total combined generating capacity of <\/span><b>9.22 MW<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This initiative aligns with Central Pattana\u2019s sustainability roadmap to increase the proportion of renewable energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The goal is to transition these locations into <\/span><b>&#8220;Low Carbon Malls&#8221;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as part of the company&#8217;s broader mission to achieve <\/span><b>Net Zero by 2050<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Under this partnership, <\/span><b>Mr. Chamnan Pornpilailuck<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Executive of Solar PPM Co., Ltd., stated: \u201cThe solar energy projects\u2014comprising <\/span><b>Solar Rooftop<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Solar Carport<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> installations at Central shopping centers\u2014cover a total area of over <\/span><b>44,000 square meters<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. With a total capacity of <\/span><b>9.22 MW<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the investment value exceeds <\/span><b>250 million THB<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The development spans eight locations: six projects are under a <\/span><b>Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where Solar PPM covers the full investment, utilizing our high-performance <\/span><b>600W SPPM &#8216;Made in Thailand&#8217;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> solar panels. The remaining two projects are executed through <\/span><b>Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> agreements, where the investment is managed by the client.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These projects enable the client to utilize clean energy while reducing energy costs by more than <\/span><b>50 million THB per year<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Furthermore, the initiative helps the organization reduce greenhouse gas emissions by over <\/span><b>20,700 tons of $CO_2$ annually<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. This achievement aligns with the core objective of long-term carbon reduction and reflects a commitment to sustainable business practices across economic, social, and environmental
